StageX Passes

Creator Economics

You earn from your subscribers.

Fans subscribe to you directly to unlock your full-length videos and audio. You set your price; you keep most of every subscription. StageX takes a flat 10% platform fee, and the payment processor (Apple or Stripe) takes its cut on top.

The StageX Pass ($2.99/mo web, $3.99/mo iOS) is a separate product that only removes a fan's daily viewing limit. It does not unlock your content and is not part of creator earnings.

Where each subscription dollar goes.

Example: a $7.49/mo subscription, by channel.

The iOS price is uplifted to cover Apple's commission, so you earn a comparable amount whether a fan subscribes on web or iOS. StageX keeps 10%; the payment processor takes its fee on top. Apple's commission is 15% under their Small Business Program and 30% above $1M/yr in sales.

You set your price.

Pick any tier from $5.99 to $99.00 per month — change it anytime. Fans on iOS pay the uplifted Apple price; you keep a comparable amount either way.

Payout schedule.

Payout speed depends on where the fan subscribed. Web (Stripe) earnings are paid weekly via Stripe Connect, after a short refund-protection hold — Stripe settles web payments to us within days. iOS (Apple) earnings are paid monthly, on a ~2-month lag, because Apple releases in-app-purchase revenue to us on a monthly cycle (Apple settles ~33 days after fiscal month-end). We pay iOS earnings as soon as Apple has remitted them.

Example: a web subscription from this week pays out next week; iOS earnings for May pay around July 15, anchored to Apple's settlement schedule.
